Explicit consent to processing health data

I give Zero to Race s.r.o., Czech company ID (IČO) 30102413, explicit consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a) and consent under Article 6(1)(a) to process health data I provide for creating and adapting my training plan.

This covers reports of illness, injury and fatigue, associated restrictions, return-to-training information, perceived effort, and performance or physiological values including heart-rate and power zones where they reveal health. The purpose is to adapt recommended exercise to these inputs and reduce unsuitable training recommendations; it is not medical diagnosis.

Processing follows the recipients, locations and retention described in the privacy notice. This is not consent to selling data, advertising or training artificial-intelligence models. Any future import from Garmin Connect requires separate connection authorization and available information about its specific scope; this consent alone does not establish a connection.

Consent is voluntary. I may withdraw it at any time in the application's consent settings or by contacting admin@zerotorace.com. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. The application will then pause related training functions; public pages remain available. I can request a copy or erasure using the same contact. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete my account; an erasure request is handled separately under GDPR.
